Crochet jellyfish!

Apologies to any of my readers who are not interested in crochet, but I enjoyed making these today and I wanted to share them πŸ™‚

I made a green jellyfish:

There's a tiny green jellyfish in my bathroom!!!

The colour goes really well in my watery themed bathroom πŸ™‚

I like it so much I just couldn’t resist making another one…

Eeek! Two tiny jellyfish in my bathroom!!! Infestation!

They are so cute and quick to make, a killer combination πŸ™‚

The patternΒ is from the Freeform undersea CAL on Ravelry

I realised that I haven’t actually made a whole lot of things I’d actually be tempted to buy yet. I realised that because I thought when I had made the green one that I would so want to buy it if I saw it on sale πŸ˜€

Mind you, not having actually finished most of what I’ve started might be a factor…

That’s not to say I don’t like what I’ve made so far, or that it isn’t worth the price of the yarn or the time it took. Just that these mini jellyfish are so darn cute! I want to make a whole fleet πŸ˜€ It’s probably just as well that there isn’t a really easy way of sticking stuff to the ceiling…

In other news, I met my Mum for lunch at the garden centre, where she had a cherry scone with jam and cream. Or should that be butter with some scone and stuff… πŸ˜€ And I had a very nice bacon and egg bap, yummy! She likes my ideas for the garden bag, which is good because it will probably be her birthday present. She has started a course to make stained glass things. I’d love to do that, but I don’t think my hands would cope. I’m sure she’ll make something gorgeous though.
